Welcome to Deluly ("the Service"). By uploading a chat log or accessing a generated report, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. The nature of the service

Deluly uses Artificial Intelligence (Large Language Models) to analyze chat history and provide psychological insights.

  • Informational purpose only: Reports are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. They are not a substitute for professional relationship counseling, legal advice, or medical diagnosis.
  • AI limitations:AI can "hallucinate" or misinterpret human nuances. Deluly does not guarantee 100% accuracy of its findings.

2. No user registration

Deluly does not require an account to function.

  • Access: Your report is accessed via a unique Secret URL.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for saving this URL. If you lose the link, we cannot recover your report for you. Anyone with the link can view the report; keep it private.
  • Cookies: We use local browser storage to keep your session active on your current device.

3. User representations & consent

By uploading a chat log (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram), you represent and warrant that:

  • Authorization: You have the legal right or have obtained explicit consent from the other participants in the chat to upload their messages for AI analysis.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Deluly (and its owners) harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions brought by third parties whose data you uploaded without their permission.

4. Privacy & data processing

We take privacy seriously. Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy:

  • Sub-processors: Data is processed using Google Cloud Vertex AI (hosted in the europe-west1 region, Belgium) to support compliance with GDPR and POPIA.
  • No model training:Your uploaded chat logs are never used to train Google's or Deluly's underlying AI models.
  • Retention policy: Due to the sensitivity of relationship data, raw chat logs are deleted from our primary servers within 48 hours of report generation. Generated reports and their context caches are stored for a maximum of 30 days unless manually deleted by you earlier.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Harass, stalk, or "dox" individuals.
  • Analyze chat logs involving minors.
  • Upload data that violates criminal laws or intellectual property rights.

6. Payments & refunds

  • Usage-based fees: Payments are for a one-time analysis of a specific file.
  • No refunds after analysis starts: Refunds may be available if payment has not completed or analysis has not yet started. Once payment is confirmed and AI processing begins, fees are non-refundable due to immediate compute costs.

7. Limitation of liability

Deluly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Relationship breakdowns or emotional distress.
  • Decisions made based on report content.
  • Loss of access to a report due to a lost Secret URL.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from the use of this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the region where the business is registered.
