At Deluly AI, we believe that your personal conversations are among your most private data. This policy outlines how we handle your information with a privacy-first, security-heavy architecture.
1. Data sovereignty & storage
Your data is processed and stored exclusively in the EU-west1 (Belgium) region of Google Cloud.
- GDPR compliance: By keeping data within the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure your information is protected by strict data privacy laws.
- No data transfer: Your raw chat logs never leave the Belgium region during processing.
2. The "no-training" guarantee
We utilize Vertex AI Enterprise and the Gemini 3.1 Pro Agent Platform.
- Confidential computing: Google does not use any data submitted through our API to train their global AI models.
- Private environment:Your analysis runs in a virtual private "silo" that is isolated from other users and from Google's consumer-facing products.
3. How we process your logs
To provide you with deep relationship insights, we follow a strict zero-retention philosophy:
- Redaction: Before the AI analyzes your log, our system attempts to automatically mask sensitive identifiers (like phone numbers and specific addresses).
- Ephemeral processing: Once your Relationship Report is generated, the raw chat logs are marked for immediate deletion from our primary processing buffers.
- Encryption: All data is encrypted using AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
4. Data we collect

- Right to information: You can request a full disclosure of any metadata we hold associated with your Relationship report ID.

We only use high-tier infrastructure providers that meet strong security standards:
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP): For AI inference and secure hosting (EU-west1).
- Stripe: For secure payment processing (no credit card data is stored on our servers).
